InterContinental Hotels Group has announced the signing of a dual branded hotel development in Munich, Germany. The two hotels – Holiday Inn Munich City – East and Holiday Inn Express Munich City – East will operate under a franchise agreement with Primestar Hotel Group. Due to open in early 2018, the hotels are located within walking distance from Berg am Laim S bahn Train Station.
